Short Vanilla Beans, Papua New Guinea
Papua New Guinea Unclassified Vanilla Beans
Shorter than average vanilla Tahitensis from Papua New Guinea (PNG). These vanilla beans meet neither gourmet vanilla nor extract grade standards for vanilla beans, due to the smaller size of the vanilla pods.
These vanilla beans are the most economical choice for making vanilla extract and other infusions. They have no official classification of their own but are often referred to as Class C vanilla beans. Unclassified vanilla beans are only sold by weight for customers looking to make vanilla extract to scale and at a reduced cost because the beans do not come in a uniform size.
*These vanilla beans have been certified kosher and are non-GMO, all-natural, and gluten free.
Arrived on time and great product.
I've ordered some from Amazon a couple of times, and...well... you get what you pay for. These were only a couple of dollars more and WAY better quality. I'm using them to make my own vanilla extract and it already smells awesome!!
I don't know yet! It will be months before my extract is ready.
Beans are shorter than higher grade, but fresh, plump. Can use for cooking as well as extract. Great vanilla bean value!
Good quality! Working great for extracting right now.
