Hand Picked Cloves
The aromatic dried flower bud from a member of the evergreen family, cloves are beautiful addition to any spice pantry. As a staple in the classic béchamel sauce or used for pickling olives, cloves add a depth of flavor to many wonderful recipes. The Sri Lankan clove is prized for being higher in essential oil than other varieties of the tiny little unopened flower.
