I started my batch of extract on September 5th. The aroma is incredible; the extract is really dark right now. I am looking forward to using this wonderful extract in a few months. I just placed another order for these beans!
This was my first experience purchasing vanilla beans from the Slofood group. The beans I received, PNG, Ugandan, Madagascar where all so nice and shipping was so fast. I will sure Y be ordering from this company again
I have purchased the Grade A, organic, Madagascar, Tahitian, and Ugandan vanilla beans. I have only made extract with the Madagascar and Tahitian beans so far. After three months, the Madagascar extract has a heavenly sweet, rich smell. The Tahitian extract has a faint, but sweet smell. The Tahitian beans are taking longer to extract the flavor. I made the Ugandan extract yesterday (Sept. 7, 2021). The beans have a slight smokey, hint of chocolate smell. I can’t wait to see how this Ugandan extract smells and tastes in three months.
They are extremely flavorful and plump! My extract is brewing! I was so pleased with these beans that I sent some to my sister who lives in Canada!
Great quality! The aroma when I opened the package was heavenly. I make my own vanilla. This is a great source for vanilla.
