Buy Madagascar Pure Vanilla Extract made from the finest Madagascar Vanilla Beans
Many people often ask, what is vanilla extract made of? Well the answer is simply Water, alcohol 35 %, vanilla beans extractives, and organic cane sugar. While sugar is an optional ingredient in any pure vanilla extract it does serve a useful and practical purpose.
Why is there sugar in my our vanilla extract?
Sugar is common ingredient in vanilla extract much like there is salted and unsalted butter. Sugar serves several purposes. The sugar helps bring out flavor profile of vanilla while cutting through the alcohol base. Our vanilla extract contains less than two grams of organic cane sugar per gallon. We consider this to be quite low in terms of sugar content, that is also why it is the last ingredient on the label.
We actually offer both, a traditional vanilla extract and sugar-free version of our Madagascar vanilla extract.
Does vanilla extract go bad?
No vanilla extract does not go bad. Pure vanilla has an alcohol base of 35 percent and while recommended best by dates are printed on almost all vanilla extracts in the marketplace, a recommend best by date is not a definitive date a product is no longer usable. Properly stored vanilla can last five, ten or more years according to many experts. While over time sediment may occur at the bottom of your bottle, simply shake and use as desired.

Vanilla
Fantastic! Love the vanilla and shipping is fast. Don’t buy it at the store. I ran out and had to buy a little bottle. Not even close to this vanilla.
Great product
Very good quality
A taste of Tahiti & Madagascar
I love to bake, and I can tell you this is premium vanilla! I would definitely buy again. I bought both the Tahitian and Madagascar vanilla which I thought was a very good deal for the quality of the product. A+++
Accept No Substitute
Deep complex vanilla flavor. Last pint lasted more than a year, going into everything from waffles to fondant Irish potatoes and chocolate covered Easter eggs. A great inexpensive luxury, so this time I bought two.

I have been using Madagascar Pure Vanilla Extract for several years and it is undoubtedly the finest I have ever used. The smell is heavenly and taste is delishous. As long as I can, yours will always be my number one choice.
