Organic Cinnamon Chocolate Truffles
Slofoodgroup Team March 01, 2017
Chocolate Truffles with Sweet Ceylon Cinnamon
A new level of organic deliciousness
Everybody loves Chocolate...and organic cinnamon too!
When we asked our friend Alisa at Contemplating Sweets if she would like to try our Sri Lankan grown Ceylon Cinnamon, we had no idea what we were getting into!
We didn't ask what she would do but had a hunch that she would create something amazing and she certainly didn't disappoint when she delivered a recipe for Japanese-Inspired Nama chocolates. This recipe pairs the smooth, buttery, and richness of chocolate and vanilla beans with sweet delicate refreshingly soft notes of our organic cinnamon.
Try this recipe for yourself or tweak it and add any of our great ingredients you think will compliment the flavor. If you would like to read the full article or follow Alisa and her amazing recipes you can do so here, just remember always have fun with your food and don't be afraid to play with your ingredients.
