The beans were beautiful! Fragrant, moist but not too moist, easy to cut open to expose the seeds and each Bean was six to seven inches long. I'm a happy extract maker! 💝💃🥳

Vanille Tahitensis plus courte que la moyenne de Papouasie Nouvelle Guinée (PNG). Ces gousses de vanille ne répondent ni à la vanille gastronomique ni aux normes de qualité d'extrait pour les gousses de vanille, en raison de la plus petite taille des gousses de vanille.
Ces gousses de vanille sont le choix le plus économique pour faire de l'extrait de vanille et d'autres infusions. Ils n'ont pas de classification officielle mais sont souvent appelés gousses de vanille de classe C. Les gousses de vanille non classées ne sont vendues qu'au poids pour les clients qui cherchent à fabriquer de l'extrait de vanille à l'échelle et à un coût réduit car les gousses ne sont pas de taille uniforme.
