Sprinkle pure gold flakes over the desired item, or meticulously place them in the area you wish to garnish. Edible gold leaf flakes are ideal for decorating foods such as macaroons, chocolates, cupcakes, caviar, vanilla ice cream, and more. We recommend using anti-static tweezers such as bamboo or specially coated steel tweezers, and brushes.  Never use your fingers when handling gold flakes, or gold leaf sheets. Do not touch with bare fingers or hands.
