I'm a convert

I've been making my own vanilla extract for over a decade and used to buy my beans based on reviews at a Infamous Global seller. Was never sure what I would get. Then I found this company! The beans were beautiful! Fragrant, moist but not too moist, easy to cut open to expose the seeds and each Bean was six to seven inches long. I'm a happy extract maker! 💝💃🥳

Facts about Comoros vanilla

Dry extract grade vanilla beans are ideal for crafting rich, aromatic vanilla extract at home. Simply chop, cut or break the beans into small pieces (about .25-.5 inch pieces), place them in a clean jar, and cover with 35–40% food grade alcohol (like vodka, rum, or bourbon). Store in a cool, dark place and shake occasionally. Within 6-12 weeks, the beans infuse the alcohol with deep vanilla flavor, perfect for baking, beverages, and gourmet recipes like vanilla ice cream or chocolate chip cookies.
