I like the Ugandan beans
The Ugandan beans were really nice, very pliable and moist, and smelled great. The vanilla I made with them looks so good already and it’s only been 3 weeks. Don’t know yet about the taste, but I’m sure it will be really good. I would buy them again.

These beans were fantastic smelling, were plump and had flavor off the charts. If you love making truffles these will be the beans you want to use, but quite frankly I like to use them in everything due to their color and flavor. I made vanilla paste with rum with these beans and it was like a jar of goodness.

I am very well pleased with the products and the pricing I have received from Slofood. The beans were well packed and full of intense vanilla aroma. I have them in two different extracts one with Captain Morgan’s Coconut rum 70 proof and one with Smirnoff Vodka 80 proof. Now we wait, time will tell but I know these will make an excellent extract.
