Buy Mediterranean Coarse Sea Salt From Greek For Use In Home and Commercial Kitchens

Naturally crafted by evaporating the ocean waters with warm sun off the coast of Greece, our coarse sea salt is the perfect salt companion for sea salt lovers. Crisp, clean, and high in trace minerals, coarse sea salt is great for use in seasoning fresh pasta water, ground or crushed with red meats over the fire, delicate white fish fillets, or your favorite spice rubs.  Our coarse sea salt is ideal for use in grinders due to its large grain size and lower moisture content than finer salts such as Fleur de sel (who would want to grind Fleur de sel anyways, such could be considered blasphemy), or table salts.   

Why is coarse sea salt great for use in grinders?

Coarse sea salts do not cake like their smaller counterparts.  The warm sun has evaporated just the right amount of moisture so this kosher course sea salt will work great in your salt grinder year after year without caking. Great Quality

I ordered Greek Mediterranean coarse sea salt and vanilla beans they are of excellent quality, lets see if they keep that consistency next order.
