My vanilla beans went to a different address, when I called customer service to explain that I needed these for Christmas baking, they continued to say, “we need to put a claim with USPS and have them taken from the people who wrongly received them and get them to you.” Alright. A week later, they arrive and are open. I’m not going to use a product that has been opened by someone else. There is still time, please send me a replacement. Nope, they said, we need to get the opened ones back first. What? Ok. I ordered from this company for a few years, but can’t rely on them anymore, which is a shame. Cannot recommend.

Happy to address this issue. Our team offered to send an expedited replacement on December 11, 2022 as shown in the screen shot of emails below. You demanded a refund. While we regret the error of mis delivery by the carrier all efforts where made to listen and resolve the issue in a timely and professional manner. Your comments of and statements of the situation are completely untrue. Every step of the way, you chose to be combative rather than simply allow us to properly document the issue, make the proper notations and resolve the situation.
