I'm a convert

I've been making my own vanilla extract for over a decade and used to buy my beans based on reviews at a Infamous Global seller. Was never sure what I would get. Then I found this company! The beans were beautiful! Fragrant, moist but not too moist, easy to cut open to expose the seeds and each Bean was six to seven inches long. I'm a happy extract maker! 💝💃🥳

Gourmet Vanilla Beans from Ecuador

Grown in the jungles of South America, Tahitian-style vanilla beans from Ecuador are a gourmet vanilla lover's dream come true. These vanilla beans sweet, floral, and cured at a lower humidity level than traditional vanilla from Tahiti.  They are a perfect compliment to our family of spices and offer a unique take on the flavor components and intoxicating aroma that Tahitian vanilla is known.

Ecuadorian Grade A Tahitian Vanilla

Each Ecuadorian vanilla bean measure 14 cm or more in length. These beans have a beautiful, oily sheen and aroma that permeates delicate notes of stone fruits such as cherry, plum, apricot and more. Vanilla from Equador is a bean considered to be a delicacy adored by chefs from around the world.

Try these beautiful vanilla beans today or any one of our other great varieties of vanilla beans.

If you looking for a traditional Tahitian vanilla bean, though, our vanilla from the islands of Tahiti cannot be matched in class and quality. Love these beans!

Ecuador Tahitensis just may be my all time favorite bean! These were very aromatic beans. I used them to make paste and extract. The paste is fabulous and I cannot wait for my extract to be ready! Additionally, customer service at Slofoodgroup is outstanding. My shipment came quickly and communication was easy!

Love it!

I love working with these vanilla beans! I make vanilla extract with them (white rum). The extract made with these beans is my preferred low/no heat flavor.
