The Comoros is just an amazing and versatile bean. The warm rich caramel and marshmallow undertones separate it from other varieties of beans. These beans smell amazing, they are oily and full of caviar. The cherry on the cake was the great sale SFG had on them, I simply had to go back and order a second pound.
