A return and refund policy that make sense
If you are unhappy with a product that you purchased from SloFoodGroup Spice Company for any reason, simply let us know within 30 days. We will replace it or provide you with a full refund for the purchase price ,back to your original payment method within 48 hours of your return, excluding weekends and holidays. Slofoodgroup will also cover the shipping cost to return the items to us. All returns must be unused, unopened and returned and received in good order. We cannot accept returns for custom orders such as custom packaging. Returns cannot be accepted on products outside of this period due to improper handling and storage. Please always store your products with care.
