Purchasing vanilla beans by weight is the most economical choice when considering vanilla in any recipe or flavor product.

Like all agricultural commodities, vanilla's true value is that of its weight and not count per pound. When purchasing vanilla by weight, some users may not receive the amount of vanilla beans they are expecting. This is due to size and shape variables that are naturally present in vanilla crops from year to year and season to season.

Do not fret though, one pound of vanilla beans that has 80 vanilla pods that are 17+ cm in length is still the same amount of vanilla as 100 vanilla beans that are 14-15 cm in length. If you are specifically looking for a certain count of vanilla beans, we highly encourage users to purchase vanilla beans by the each.

If you are looking for the most value for dollar spent, purchasing vanilla by weight will always be your best bet. You do not have to always use a full bean in your recipes, especially for larger vanilla beans. Simply scrape the vanilla seeds from the pod and reserve for a later date in an air tight container and place the empty pod in a cup of vodka for that home made vanilla extract you have been craving.

No, we do not offer co-op pricing. This is a sales and marketing tactic that several vanilla beans sellers have recently started to employ but these so-called "co-op" groups (which are sponsored by actual sellers) are not really co-ops in any way, shape, or form.

At best, these groups are nothing more than a controlled group or audience that participate in an open dated sale to subsidize the sellers' own overhead when importing
vanilla. Members of these co-ops own no shares, annual meetings are not held, and no bylaws govern them.

Not one of these businesses are registered as co-ops. If you are looking for a sale on vanilla beans or other spices, send us an email. We would be happy to offer you any available coupon, a quote for large orders or match any publicly disclosed or verifiable open "co-op pricing."

No need to wait months for your order, pay in advance, or take the risk of receiving inferior product simply because you got co-op pricing (it just a sale, let's admit it). Our product is in stock and ships within 24 hours with no gimmicks or tricks.

We currently offer free shipping on all orders in the USA. If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, fees will be incurred.

Under limited circumstances we are able to price match on valid offers. To make this request, please send us an email with the request and a screen shot of the valid offer.
